Publication Ethics
The Asian Journal of Management Technology Application (AJMTA) upholds the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. Authors, editors, reviewers, and publishers involved in the journal’s publication process are expected to adhere to ethical behavior as outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
AJMTA is committed to ensuring the integrity of the academic record and maintaining the highest ethical standards in all stages of the publication process.
1. Duties of Authors

Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are original works and have not been published or submitted elsewhere.

Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification is strictly prohibited.

Authors must provide accurate and complete references for all sources used in their work.

All contributors who have made a significant contribution to the research should be listed as co-authors.

Authors should disclose any conflicts of interest that may influence their work.

When errors are discovered after publication, authors must promptly notify the editor and cooperate in correcting or retracting the paper if necessary.
2. Duties of Editors

Editors are responsible for evaluating manuscripts based on academic merit, without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, institutional affiliation, or citizenship.

Editors must ensure a fair and impartial double-blind peer-review process.

Editors should maintain confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and related information.

Editors must not use unpublished materials from submitted manuscripts in their own research without the express written consent of the author.

Editors should take appropriate action if ethical complaints are raised concerning a submitted or published paper.
3. Duties of Reviewers

Reviewers must assist editors in making editorial decisions and may also help authors improve their manuscripts through constructive feedback.

Reviewers should conduct reviews objectively, fairly, and promptly.

All information obtained during the review process must be kept confidential.

Reviewers must declare any potential conflicts of interest and decline to review manuscripts where such conflicts exist.

Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.
4. Duties of the Publisher

Taiwan International Research Publishing, as the publisher of AJMTA, ensures that all stages of publication are carried out in accordance with ethical and professional standards.

The publisher works closely with editors to maintain academic integrity and take necessary actions against publication malpractice.

The publisher guarantees the availability of published articles permanently through proper archiving and indexing systems.
5. Plagiarism Policy
AJMTA strictly prohibits all forms of plagiarism and self-plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before the review process begins. Manuscripts containing plagiarism or unethical practices will be rejected immediately.
6. Retraction Policy
Articles may be retracted if there is clear evidence of fabrication, plagiarism, or unethical research behavior. A retraction notice will be published to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
