1. General Information

The Asian Journal of Management Technology Application (AJMTA) welcomes high-quality and original research articles, reviews, and case studies in the fields of management, technology, and their intersection areas. All submissions must be written in English, and manuscripts should not have been previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.

AJMTA publishes three issues per year (February, June, and October). All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic integrity and quality.

2. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

  • Research Articles: Empirical or theoretical studies that contribute new insights or findings.

  • Review Articles: Comprehensive surveys of a specific topic, identifying trends and research gaps.

  • Case Studies: Practical applications or innovative management and technology solutions in organizations.

3. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted online via the AJMTA submission system (OJS).

  • The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors approve the final version of the manuscript before submission.

  • Each submission will receive a unique manuscript ID for tracking during the review process.

4. Article Processing Charge (APC)

AJMTA applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 20 for each accepted manuscript to cover editorial and publication costs. There are no submission fees.

5. Manuscript Structure

Authors are encouraged to follow the structure below:

Title Page

  • Title of the paper (concise and informative)

  • Full name(s) of author(s)

  • Affiliation(s)

  • Email address of corresponding author

  • ORCID ID (if available)

Abstract

A concise abstract of 150–250 words stating the purpose, methodology, main findings, and implications of the study.

Keywords

Provide 3–6 relevant keywords that reflect the key topics of the manuscript.

Main Text

  1. Introduction – Background, research gap, and objectives.

  2. Literature Review – Theoretical background and prior research.

  3. Methodology – Research design, data collection, and analysis techniques.

  4. Results and Discussion – Findings with interpretation and comparison to previous studies.

  5. Conclusion – Summary of findings, implications, and suggestions for future research.

Acknowledgments (if any)

Optional section to thank contributors, funding agencies, or institutions.

References

References should follow the APA 7th Edition style.

6. Formatting Requirements

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12

  • Line spacing: 1.5

  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides

  • Page length: 10–20 pages (including references, tables, and figures)

  • Tables and figures must be clearly labeled and referenced in the text.

7. Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with similarity above 20% (excluding references) will be rejected automatically.

8. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process:

  1. Initial screening by the editorial team for scope and format.

  2. Peer review by at least two reviewers.

  3. Revision by authors (if necessary).

  4. Final decision by the Editor-in-Chief.

9. Copyright and Licensing

All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright and grant the publisher the right to publish the work.

10. Ethical Considerations

Authors must ensure the research follows ethical standards. Any data manipulation, falsification, or plagiarism will result in immediate rejection. AJMTA follows the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
