Author Fee

The Asian Journal of Management Technology Application (AJMTA) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published by Taiwan International Research Publishing. To support the costs of high-quality open-access publication, AJMTA applies a modest publication fee.

We ensure that the publication cost is affordable, particularly for researchers and academics from developing countries, while maintaining the highest editorial and ethical standards.

1. Article Submission Fee

USD 0 (Free)
There is no submission fee for manuscripts submitted to AJMTA. Authors can submit their papers free of charge for initial consideration.

2. Article Processing Charge (APC)

USD 20 (Twenty US Dollars)
An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication following the peer-review process.
This fee covers:

  • Editorial handling and peer review

  • Manuscript copyediting and formatting

  • DOI registration and online publication

  • Long-term open-access hosting and archiving

3. Payment Procedure

  • The corresponding author will receive a notification and invoice once the article is accepted.

  • Payment must be completed before publication via the methods specified in the acceptance letter (e.g., bank transfer or PayPal).

  • Payment confirmation must be sent to the editorial office via email.

4. Waiver Policy

To promote inclusivity in research dissemination, AJMTA may grant fee waivers or partial discounts in the following cases:

  • Authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries (as defined by the World Bank).

  • Papers of exceptional quality or significant global impact as determined by the Editorial Board.
    Requests for fee waivers must be made at the time of submission, with a short justification sent to the editorial office.

5. Refund Policy

The Article Processing Charge is non-refundable once payment has been made, except in cases of withdrawal before the article enters production or if publication is canceled due to an editorial error.

6. Transparency Statement

AJMTA adheres to open and transparent publishing practices. The APC is the only cost associated with publication — there are no hidden fees for submission, peer review, or access to published content.
All published articles are freely available to readers worldwide under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
